Until such confirmation notice is issued by TÜV SÜD PSB (Thailand) Ltd., the orders will not be considered accepted by TÜV SÜD PSB (Thailand)Ltd. even if payment has been made for the products and services and TÜV SÜD PSB (Thailand) Ltd. will be under no obligation to deliver the products and services. TÜV SÜD PSB (Thailand) Ltd. is entitled at its sole discretion to reject any orders for products and services without the need to give any reason for the rejection and all monies received by TÜV SÜD PSB (Thailand) Ltd. in respect of such products and services will be refunded without interest.
